Feature Requests

When building out a tour, Tour Managers often have to manually recreate the same daily schedule—such as Load In, Soundcheck, Doors, Show, and Load Out—for each show day. This is incredibly repetitive and time-consuming. A much-needed feature would be the ability to create a "day template" (e.g. “Standard Show Day”) that contains a predefined set of scheduled events. Once created, this template could be applied to any date within a tour, removing the need to manually rebuild the day from scratch every time.

Right now, setting visibility for specific people is a bit of a pain—especially when you're applying the same group of people to multiple items. Every time I want to set visibility for something, I have to manually go through the list and pick the same people over and over again. It would be super helpful if we could create reusable visibility groups or templates. For example, I’ve got a band of 5 members, and I’m constantly assigning visibility to just them. Instead of selecting each person one by one every time, I’d love to just create a group called “Band” and then apply that group in one click whenever I need to. This would save a lot of time and make managing visibility way easier—especially on busy days when you're moving fast.
