We need a way where we can Archive tours to stop them from showing up in the tour selector when not needed.

Let's explore a way to display information in the top bar area or something when you reload the app, showing the last time the app was synced to the actual Tour database. I have noticed, especially in offline mode, that there may be some confusion about when things were last updated, etc.

When building out a tour, Tour Managers often have to manually recreate the same daily schedule—such as Load In, Soundcheck, Doors, Show, and Load Out—for each show day. This is incredibly repetitive and time-consuming. A much-needed feature would be the ability to create a "day template" (e.g. “Standard Show Day”) that contains a predefined set of scheduled events. Once created, this template could be applied to any date within a tour, removing the need to manually rebuild the day from scratch every time.

Being able to have a widget that can display day details, such as load-in times, set times, and whatever the user chooses to assign, would be great.

Having a functionality where an admin role can add tasks for planning a tour and tasks that need to be done when advancing a tour.

Found myself having to use multiple lanes of communication, e.g. Facebook Mesenger WhatsApp text messaging email to name a few to be able to talk to everyone in the Tour party. There is a definite need for a better communication system, and also having people in on one chat and be able to reply and ask questions in one area at one time.

It would be good to have any notes that you have written on a scheduled item show up below the item on the main schedule screen, just cause it's not obvious sometimes when you've written notes on there for people to see, which are associated with a specific time generally people don't see it and it can be pretty important

When I’m adding travel details—like vans or vehicles we’re hiring—it’d be super helpful to have a clearer way to show both the pickup and drop-off times. Right now, I might add something like “Van pickup at 12 PM” on one day, but there’s no easy way to show the drop-off on the next day unless I manually add another event. It’d be great if there was a dedicated "Rental" function that let you enter both the pickup time and the return time, and it would automatically add entries for both days. That way, the drop-off shows up as its own item on the correct day, rather than it just being one long rental block or something tucked into a single day. Would make it much easier to keep track of hire vehicles and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.

It’d be really useful to have the ability to set visibility for an entire day, not just individual items. Right now, if there are certain days on the tour that aren’t relevant to some users—like if a crew member isn’t needed for a specific day—the only option is to manually change the visibility for each individual item on that day. Instead, it would be great if a tour manager could just set visibility at the day level. That way, anyone who shouldn’t see that day won’t see it at all, and we wouldn’t have to go through and hide every single item one by one. It’d make managing visibility across longer tours way more efficient.

Right now, setting visibility for specific people is a bit of a pain—especially when you're applying the same group of people to multiple items. Every time I want to set visibility for something, I have to manually go through the list and pick the same people over and over again. It would be super helpful if we could create reusable visibility groups or templates. For example, I’ve got a band of 5 members, and I’m constantly assigning visibility to just them. Instead of selecting each person one by one every time, I’d love to just create a group called “Band” and then apply that group in one click whenever I need to. This would save a lot of time and make managing visibility way easier—especially on busy days when you're moving fast.
